Telephone Appointments

Patients can call the surgery and book a telephone appointment with a GP. The GP will call the patient back, once they have completed the morning surgery. The receptionist will ask you for your contact details, name and the reason for the telephone appointment. This will provide the GP with a brief idea on what they are calling you regarding. Telephone appointments are useful for:

  • discussing test results
  • medication queries
  • advice when a face-to-face appointment is not required
