Interpretation & Translation

If you have difficulty speaking or understanding English, it is advised that you attend your appointment(s) with a family member, friend or colleague who does understand English and can interpret.

If, however, you do not have anyone for interpreting – please notify Recepetion staff at the time of booking your appointment so an interpreter can be booked for you. Please take note that it may take a few days to book an interpreter so please inform Reception as soon as possible. You will also be allocated an appointment that is longer than the routine 10 minutes.
